Banderas Bay is one of the largest bays in Mexico, and the Ameca River in the middle splits it between two states: Jalisco to the south (Puerto Vallarta proper, the Zona Romántica, Conchas Chinas and the cliff villas of the South Shore) and Nayarit to the north (Nuevo Vallarta, Flamingos, Bucerías, La Cruz, Punta Mita, and the surf towns of Sayulita and San Pancho).
We are based in Puerto Vallarta and cook on both sides every week. Each area has its own logistics — gate registration in Punta Mita, compact kitchens in Old Town, a fish market on the dock in La Cruz, a cliff road you don't want to drive after dinner in Mismaloya — and each page below explains how we handle them, what guests usually book there and a sample menu.
